THE VILLA

Our waterfront villa is a wonderful place for families, friends and children to spend their holidays. It offers enough space (area 170 m2) for a relaxing stay.

The covered large terrace has a dining table with 6 chairs, a hammock and 2 lounge beds. The living room and bedrooms have sliding doors to the cozy terrace. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The villa is located in a very safe and friendly resort with 23 other villas and is located on a peninsula surrounded by water. The beautiful botanical garden and the wonderful swimming pool provide a heavenly feeling!

THE LIVINGROOM

feel at home!

The large living room is nicely furnished. There is a couch that can also be used as a bed. There is also a digital television. Large patio doors give direct access to the terrace. Wifi is very good in and around the villa. In the cupboard under the television you will find various board games. There are also reading books available that you can use during your stay.

  In the open kitchen you will find an American fridge with ice maker, a 4-burner electric hob, combi oven / microwave, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. There is a kettle, coffee maker.

A SPACIOUS VILLA

The attractive spacious master bedroom has a king-size four-poster bed, a very luxurious bathroom with double sinks, a spacious shower and a private toilet. There is air conditioning and lots of cupboard space. The sliding doors give access to the covered terrace. The wonderful outdoor shower is accessible via the bathroom in this bedroom.

In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds that can easily be converted into a double bed. The bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet, storage cupboards and air conditioning. This bedroom also has sliding doors to the covered terrace

A WATERFRONT TERRACE

a green paradise at the water

On the nice terrace, which extends the full length of the villa, you have a beautiful view over the water. 6 people can sit at the table. There are 2 comfortable sun beds and there is a hammock where you can relax or read a book.

There is a day bed on the water's edge. Easy to reach through a lockable gate. If you have access to a boat during your vacation, you can moor it at the jetty in front of the terrace and take a trip over the Caribbean Sea from the lagoon.

SWIMMING POOL WITH WATERFALL

The communal swimming pool is beautifully landscaped and is located near the villa. It is surrounded by palm trees and has plenty of shade (including a day bed) and sun beds.

The pool has a waterfall. Lovely to cool off after a day at the beach or just to stay for a day.

OUTSIDE SHOWER

clean up after a day of diving or kiting

Along the side of the villa is a private courtyard with an outdoor shower. It is wonderful to rinse the sand off after a day of diving, kiting or surfing under the rain shower. The kite or diving gear can also be stored in a lockable cupboard space in the courtyard.
